- Midweek Lenten Services at Prince of Peace - Wednesdays at 6:45pm -

Discouraged? Hurting? Feeling alone and forgotten? This year’s midweek Lenten service theme at Prince of Peace Lutheran, Baxter, is “He Has Done It” and draws especially on the richness of Psalm 22 to encourage us in our trials and hardships. The Holy Bible’s book of Psalms is the Old Testament’s song- and prayerbook. Its writers present prayers and songs that cover the range of human emotions, from anger, grief, and questions about God’s slowness to act, to confidence, peace, and thanksgiving, all while recognizing that the Lord their God has done, is doing, and will do, great things to rescue and support His people. We invite you to come and see what God, in the Person of Jesus Christ, has done and will keep doing, for you. Join us for God’s blessings this Lententide!
